images and sounds tittilate you, stimulate you. You simply respond. Your mind
and emotions are engaged. You're entertained. You are swept away by the story. You are being "hypnotized".
You are wary of the word "hypnosis". But a two hour movie is, in effect, a two hour hypnosis session. You allow yourself to be hypnotized into feeling excitement, adventure, romance.... even sexual passion. It's how you enjoy yourself. You relax. You unwind. You open yourself up to suggestion.

As
you read this you feel yourself taking a deep breath and beginning to feel

Most people are afraid of "Hypnosis". Yet they allow themselves to be hypnotized every day. They watch movies, T.V., the news. Some people even fall asleep with the T.V. on – allowing all of those nagging advertisements to creep into their subconscious minds as they sleep. No wonder they are so focused on what they want and what they don't have.

We
like to be hypnotized – we allow the
sounds and images to flood over our receptive minds and senses. We choose this.
T.V
is relaxing. We are being entertained.
But we are allowing the negative in
as well - the fear, the insecurity, the desire to buy, to own...to fix
what we have which is not good enough. Advertising is obviously designed to
infiltrate your mind, it can leave you feeling badly about your own life, your
own shortcomings or what you don't have.

Our
relaxation becomes our negative programming.
We
end up watching instead of Being. We allow the critic inside of us to become
dominant – while the performer sleeps. We are voyeurs. We give away our energy.
We give away control of our minds. It is how we have fun...but it is also the
side effect of having fun.

Take
a deep breath... As you continue to breathe.... and relax... you begin to experience
peace ... the feeling of being peaceful , of being at peace with yourself.... Notice that at this moment you feel no pain.
Just Breathe... feel yourself taking a deep breath. ... picture everyone feeling
this way...
We
allow our intellect to overwhelm our energy – our minds to overwhelm our
consciousness. To begin to fight back is to begin to get in touch with our
energy fields.... To begin to heal them... to balance and align them. It is an everyday battle with our minds for
control.

seven charkas, for example, extend outwards from the physical body – and reveal
truths about your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

Our
